We had a rather complicated vehicle registration case involving an imported European car, and the One Stop Auto Hub team handled the entire process with exceptional professionalism, dedication, and care.
From the very beginning, they promised to complete everything within one day, and they kept their word, despite several unexpected challenges along the way.
They coordinated with the RTA testing centre and arranged for the necessary services to stay available longer so that everything could be completed on time. When we faced difficulties obtaining comprehensive insurance for our imported vehicle, they didn’t simply settle for the first available option. Instead, they proactively contacted insurance companies, escalated the matter to senior management, and negotiated a much better offer for us.
What impressed us most was their initiative. We never had to chase them for updates or ask them to explore alternatives. They continuously kept us informed about every step, explained all the options clearly, provided receipts and documentation, and genuinely looked for the best solutions in our interests.
They even had the car washed and carefully prepared before delivery.

Although the registration work was completed earlier, our own work commitments meant that we couldn’t receive the vehicle until very late at night. The team was incredibly understanding and patient. Mr. Arshiya personally coordinated everything, allowed the drivers who had been working throughout the day to finish their shifts, and took responsibility for delivering the vehicle himself late at night.
Everything was finally completed by around 1 AM, without a single complaint, any pressure, or any compromise in the quality of service.
It’s rare to come across a team that takes such genuine responsibility for its customers and goes to these lengths to make sure everything is handled properly.
