New here? It's simpler than it looks. The whole thing in plain English.
As an expat in Dubai, renewing your car registration works exactly the same as for anyone else: you need valid insurance, a passed inspection (cars over three years), your Emirates ID and mulkiya, and no unpaid fines. There’s no Arabic or paperwork barrier — and the whole thing can be done for you, door to door.
There’s no separate system for expats. If you have UAE residence and an Emirates ID, you renew like any resident.
Letting insurance lapse, forgetting the grace window after expiry, driving on an expired mulkiya, or not realising a used car came with the previous owner’s fines. Any of these can cost time or money.
We handle it all in English on WhatsApp — collect the car, sort the inspection and renewal, and bring it back. No centre visit, no queue.
Door-to-door renewal, all in English — AED 149 service fee, government fees at cost.
